Bourgie, meet 24 Karat. Baroque, meet Revolutionary.

The revisiting of a classic: the baroque table lamp. Smart Furniture Studio introduces The Bourgie, designed by Ferruccio Laviani, manufactured by Kartell. Infused with a playful sense of irony, the Bourgie merges high-baroque styling and modern materials. On the one hand, it is classical, rich and traditional; on the other, it is innovative and revolutionary. The Bourgie's revolutionary feature is that it is made entirely of transparent or batch-dyed polycarbonate. And in this case, ABS plated with 24 karat gold with galvanic coating. Ba-Da-Bling! The baroque style base is composed of three decorated layers that interconnect, and the large lampshade has a softly pleated texture that creates a myriad play of reflections once the lamp is turned on. Yes, I admit, I'm starry eyed for gold plated plastic. Aren't you?! Come see for yourself, at Smart Furniture Studio!
