So that makes April 22, 2010 Earth Day's 40th Anniversary! 2 North Shore's 3rd annual Earth Day Celebration's goal is to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment. This year, the Chattanooga Zoo will join in by teaching people ways to help protect endangered species.
Children are invited to share their creativity by interpreting the contest topic and drawing their ideas on a 100% recycled brown paper shopping bag. From the contest one grand prize winner, as well as first and second prize winners will be chosen.
